Please use underscore symbol to separete information ex: chaverri_solitude.... Do not leave empty spaces amoing lastnam, tile and other information.No capital letters and symbol.

File Dimensions: Please do not send slides. The digitized images should be put into gif or jpg format. No PDF files, please. File size: 900 pixels Max. Examples of file size below

Vertical: W:360 pixels = 5 in
               H 504 pixels = 7 in
