(Exhibit closed on Sunday, Oct. 17 for a Lennox Tea Ceremony,
and on Sunday, Oct.31 for Halloween)

From north or south on Hwy 280, exit at De Anza Blvd., drive south on De Anza Blvd to Hwy 9/Big Basin Way**See Directions Below
Note – De Anza Blvd. & Sunnyvale/Saratoga Rd. are the same.
**Turn right onto Hwy 9; go about a 1/2-mile to Hakone Gardens
Turn-off; turn left and go up the hill, stay to the right. Park in parking lot.
Parking fee is $7 per car. From the parking lot walk to the exhibit in the
Cultural Exchange Center, (CEC).
On the day of the reception, Sunday, October 10, present exhibit postcard for a reduced rate of $5.00 per car.
Commission:
Hakone Gardens will take a 30% commission of each piece of artwork that is sold in the exhibit. Hakone bookstore will handle all credit card sales. Docents will collect check and cash sales.
Check Sales: For each sale by check the price plus tax will be added together and the total will be divided into two amounts – 30% to Hakone and 70% to the artist. The purchaser will make out two checks for these amounts. For all docents, a folder will be available with these amounts for the opening of the show.
Each artist/ docents who presides at the exhibit, on their designated days, will collect
money and keep a record of the items purchased. Checks and cash will be collected from the
bookstore and each artist will receive a check or cash when the exhibit ends.
A list of artists, the name of the artwork and the price of all pieces displayed in the exhibition and in bins will be given to the bookstore on the grounds of Hakone Gardens before the show starts, for credit card payments. A list of all artwork from each artist is due to Dana Eaton by September 24, emails list to studios.com.
